Graham is correct. The 1.5 cent options were issued at a time when the prevailing SP was sub 1 cents and were long dated.
The people behind the acquistion of Xped (or as some say, a reverse takeover) would have factored in these options.
Its an already ratified cashflow for Xpe without all the rigmoral of a cap raising and administrative expense.
Why knock a good thing for traders?
