Of course, its possible, but its also possible that the whole Xped team will die next week. But it's unlikely, so why throw it out there?
For the reasons provided by others, it appears very unlikely that the MOU's will fall through at this stage.
But if that changes, yes lets discuss the implications but until that time, lets not just throw red herrings 'out there'.
