You are saying he has ramped and hasn't been impartial???
What part of his latest commentary did you not read. He clearly specificies that if price doesn't break 1.6 then it is going DOWN...yes DOWN.
You can even see the channels on his chart showing downwards as well.
If anything it is negative.
As for the CN theory...can't validate it either way but I don't see him being bullish.
"Price setting about 10day MA - management will need to build SH confidence pretty soon, if price doesn't break 1.6 soon enough AND hold, we could see CN bringing this to test 1.2!"
