We have had tougher walls than 8c here on XPE.
We may need a soak at 8c with a slow upward climb so the sellers backoff and raise their sell bids.
I have seen that the sellers pull their offers once the SP starts to move upwards.
This indicates to me that they are in no hurry to sell at the moment.
Buyers are still stepping up to soak up the sellers.
News will blow the top of this situation.
