I am a holder and would love to see this surge. But I am looking at the buy and sell sides and I see a build of buy and the sell side not diminishing. That is what I am seeing and I am looking at the data as I see it.
With regards to your question "so what?" - if there are a huge number of shares being sold down then it is far harder to get upward price momentum I would assume.
