I'd have to disagree on the basis that you're shutting one eye on one aspect of the learning experience: that is emulating and learning from others actions. You wouldn't watch a basketball game and ignore what players are doing, doing so would be your own peril.

Not to say that anyone is pretending to be the next George Soros, but many would study what George or Warren Buffet does, correct? ON a smaller scale that is similar.

SO i think sharing for the purposes of notation helps others to learn and guage their own thoughts. But hey, if that doesn't float your boat then ignore it. I just think your closing your eye to one aspect of learning by doing so.

Agreed though about that last line...
