The way I am reading it is accumulation is almost done hence falling volume, hence the rising average in people's holdings (new holders that is) to a floor of around 9c. Need good announcement to get this out if the pip sand beyond 10.5c - in the 0.5c volume has not been good to date Hoping won't drift back that hits people's stop losses - a good announcement will settle this. That is where we are at IMO.
