XPE has followed a very consistent pattern in how is has traded recently. Accumulation has been very controlled at certain price points but when supply dries up it certainly seems to be "taken of the leash" by whoever was accumulating, until they reach another point that can be controlled and accumulated. It feels like we are very close to that point again, and you only have to look at the daily to see it happening again, and again.
