I thought DZs statement to be correct. The info. I have received is that for all registered to vote, if they do not use the vote then it will be counted as a stay vote. So on the day, 2 vote to leave and 1 stay the result of the poll is to leave. The remainder of no voters will determine the outcome....
As stated this is just the info. I have received and comes directly from a member of the voting public. I hope they have been reliably informed as this will have a huge impact on them if not.....
