He is saying he sold his options and will be buying heads. If course problem with that logic is the options converted would have been cheaper and the price is going to continue to rise so that move probably cost him money.
With the options trailing this far you can more than 5% gain just by buying them and converting them instead of heads.
But but that look of it thats about to change, the options are getting thinner every day as people convert them.
