@hudson, got it and yes I agree it doesn't make sense.
I only have options atm
I phoned the agency who managers the admin for conversion yesterday and the told me it take 2 weeks to convert them, which might explain some of the lag in SP. Ie the opportunity cost of having your conversion money out of circulation for 2 weeks.
I then phone XPED who told me that was BS and they are converting weekly on Wednesdays as long as they have your form and $ cleared.
