1)
To me it looks a bit like a descending triangle except for that low spike from Brexit.
Not really covering bets but calling it from a TA perspective. It should get to the pointy end and break UP or DOWN.
So it should break out either way near the pointy end hence my comment that something is going to happen soon.
2)
On another subject, given the FA on this stock, I will commit to say it has a greater chance of breakout in the upward direction.
That is a greater chance, not a certainty.
There is medium risk, but potential pleasing payoff IMO.
