Well, it's a meaningless comment because the 20c is based on such a nebulous concept (i.e 'first big announcement with anticipated revenue').
How much revenue? From whom and from what? Ramp up potential? Repeat customers etc etc
You need to at least do a 'back of envelope' calculation to have a meaningful SP forecast.
