I'll agree with you on the first two points, that the SP has been smashed and there is now doubt about the XPE story, but you most certainly can dispute that "the company has been simply 'spinning' the 'story' to suck in investors".
There are many reasons why the price could have plummeted. Insinuating that management have been misleading shareholders is just blatant downramping.
