Are we comparing a can of Chinese softdrink to XPE now? Crikey....
For those who understand a patent, the time it takes to obtain one..... you may want to then compare how long it would take to successfully copy XPED's technology and get it to market after a legal battle first!!
The Chinese aren't going to grab it, copy it 100% and take it to market without any fuss.
