They did that in the last couple of days, they know doubt thought about bringing it down to fill the gap and it either took too long or they feared to many traders would jump on board after the gap fill and spoil the run up due to too much selling on the way, or both

Simple:
1/Implement down-rampers on HC threads that maintain a "held" disclosure and who are somewhat articulate in order to fool the sheeple who don't have much idea on how easily a SP can be manipulated at this end of the market
2/Turn bot on, sell small parcels into sell side and rely on weak hands and stop losses to be hit to drive the price down, rinse and repeat until the daily chart looks like crap and more people fear/sell causing more stop losses etc,etc, snowball effect almost assured, giving ammo to your down-rampers to point to hand-picked deliberately created TA along with their constant calls to question the FA,,,,basically get as much ammo as you can to down-ramp with
3/Pray there is no news coming, no need for this if they have an inside connection, buy a few decent parcels on the way down just in case the SP turns on you unexpectedly or if you don't have inside info
4/turn bot off and wait for supply to run out just before a crucial support line(eg just before filling a gap) in hope not to bring in too many traders who will spoil the run up
5/wait and watch
6/Once supply has run out, buy a big parcel...eg. $80K purchase yesterday
7/ set your mental sell target just below a resistance point in hope others will keep buying assuming it still should have some run in it
8/ keep buying on the way up to your target and prop the living crap out of the pips underneath
9/Dump decent sized parcels into sell target a bit at a time, so the masses keep buying..e.g .046 today

and that about wraps up the last 2 weeks on XPE
