Agree, it is proposed that the targets be lowered. But do you honestly think they would make such a proposal if they thought it was unjustified and would be met with shareholder opposition? -This strongly suggests WE ARE DUE FOR NEWS.
As for the many acquisitions, it's called vertical integration. Cut out suppliers (eg. Codium) to reduce recurring supply costs. Establish your OWN sales and marketing channels at the other end of the supply chain to take a greater share of the pie. -Xped is doing this as a JV with Complex Semiconductor. A JV is the best way to enter the Chinese market in this case. ... What is the strategy in this? -The better you are at standing on your own two feet the more bargaining power you have when it comes to forging revenue deals with chippies etc.
