The total number of shares in issue was clearly laid out in the original prospectus.
I, and so it would appear most other investors have been using 2.2bn shares in issue for calcuating the MC so this is not dilution at all it is old news.
Wood and Shultz's shares were escrowed for 2 years as well from memory and even when they are unescrowed I hardly think our 2 founders will be calling their brokers with dump orders.
Not really sure what you are worried about tbh, much more important points of concern atm than the founders' escrow holdings.
I do however agree that Telink need to pull their corporate finger out and in addition some further update on what is happening in China re Xerts and Complex would be welcome.
