As 1 hint: I said months ago, XPE were at a MSFT Partner Conference in Singapore which was held at the same time as the MSFT CIO Seminar was held next to MSFT HQ.
And yet the dot joiners ignored the obvious. Maybe because the initial XPE announcement was ambiguous. An oversight or deliberate?
Which place do you think decision maker were at and real deals were being made? Redmond or Singapore?
