ADRC is dead, read the risks around this in the prospectus. It will not succeed unless it becomes an industry standard. That will never happen. Hard pill to swallow for those still believing in it.
Apple HomeKit will win, more money and market share allows them to dictate to the rest of the industry the 'standard' and every one will jump ship and follow.
Get with reality folks.
