That is lazy to say the company is worth 100M. Its only worth 70M.
I can check that sort of figure in 2 seconds on eTrade.
Same ole' fair value argument. Fair value only applies to an established company. This is a speccie. How many fools always apply 'fair value' to speccies. Speccies would all be worth 1M if the intrinsic value rules were applied.
Get with the program !
