So there we have it from the moderators themselves.
In short holders / traders should not respond directly to
the troll/downramper pests but report them so the mods can take appropriate
action if they so fit.
I can fully understand Graham's reasons for starting the FB group
to get away from the trolling / downramping personal attacks etc
but HC has it's place too so let's just ignore the trolls & downrampers
and report them quickly when we see them.
Hopefully this works let's see....
