The role of management is not to ensure that the shareprice goes up daily or even weekly.
It is to ensure that over the course of a financial year, the share price rises, the company is creating value for its shareholders and they are operating a successful and sustainable company.
Personally i believe our management are doing great work at their jobs and the daily ebs and flows of the share price are unrelated to the true value of the company.
And to respond to your comment "management... make something happen" i am 100% sure, as we speak management and all employees of XPE are working hard and helping our company grow.
