If you average down it does not update commsec. Only up. You need to edit it yourself. At the top on your holdings page. If your not share the maths you can download CSV on the Trading/Confirmation tab and work it out from there to get your average if there is a lot to calculate. Just set the dates from and to and you might need to do both codes old and new to get all the confirmations included.
Then just edit it yourself on the holding screen as I said.
