It's time for everyone to stop moaning and think about what is happening here.
Someone with very deep pockets knows where Xped is going and is accumulating as much as they can.
They are also holding down the price as low as they can to frustrate weak holders out of the stock.
When they have their fill and allow this to run it will go mad.
Just be patient the FA for this stock is brilliant and it can't be held down for ever.
