lol drops to 4.6 because of four 4.65 broker cross trades in a row. It's been hitting 4.8 briefly before being immediately put down to 4.7, in fact it went 4.8, 4.7, 4.6 in very very short order in the last few minutes.
EDIT: Then immediately back up to 4.7. Someone is very keen to keep it at 4.7.
