    I've never once seen a quantitative do this ever, perhaps it's standard in the USA but I've never seen one operate like this on the ASX.

    I'm either right and its malfunctioning, or I'm wrong and they are dumping for a reason.

    Either way I'm well in profit from XPE, I hold RYG from back late October in the low 2s. *shrug*
