Yes it's ridiculous.
I remember trading ADO years ago at around 6c. Gap was up to 1c with long dated in the money options.
Didn't budge until it was sorted.
They buy the options,convert them, pump the heads, sell the heads at a mean profit, shove the heads down with their algorithms which widens the gap between the options and heads due to the illiquidity of the options and repeat.
Easy money for the buggers.
