In fairness i think some are scared of being accused of giving "advice". It's funny though how it's all in the wording, me telling you to buy XPE is pretty much no different to "IMO xpe is going to go spaz" yet in the eyes of some one is just ramping (or excitement) whilst one is moderatable.
