If you have the market moving where you want it to go and you don't need to lay out cash then as a DT, you would lay money on a 1M shares for a pip or 2 movement, as it delivers $1k per pip.
If the buy side was covered by sell side then it could have been DT. I hope it was accumulation, but it smelled like a pump and dump. Even so the new base level should have been raised.
