This statement from there last presentation is what gives it away...
Working with US listed Chipset Manufactures to INTERGRATE ADRC into Specific product
This tells me that, the product range has been established and under going Technical Integration Specific, in making sure it all fits! I doubt the deal would go belly up this far in. They have continued to drop hints along the way and given it was noted again in the recent preso..we are on target.
