Oh and to directly answer your question a TO right now would be unsolicited so one day you'll wake up and you'll see a massive order on the buy side for (usually) above the current SP. Anyone with a sell order already under that will get taken out and then everyone else would have to make their mind up whether to sell into that bid or hold. If you don't sell you don't sell.
