Comparing sectors on the share market is like comparing sectors on the high street.
Why were sales of hoola hoops astronomic for 1 summer? Why were sales of Britney records / gameboy / or Air Jordan's hot one minute and not seen the next?
Fads.
And of course shares are subject to fads too.
Lithium is in a fad. Punters see demand soaring for lithium - so they buy lithium stocks. For a while the sector delivers awesome returns. But we know the problem with mining is high demand will now be met with even greater supply. So many are going to be left holding the grenade.
As for XPE - we get to keep whatever we create
