Yeah a real pity that genuine posters interested in genuine opinions miss out because some people refuse to just use the ignore function and get on with life here.
It's like if you were a teacher (and let's face it.... many here are/were "teachers" to some of us) and a couple of students were disruptive.... would you say "To hell with the lot of you!" and walk out (head to FB) or just get rid of the troublemakers (ignore) and teach those who WANT to be taught ?
I'll miss their advice and guidance but hey...what can we do ?
NB: Not directed at any single specific person. Just my own thoughts.
