English is my 2nd language. You might right about I don't really understand what ramper really means. Down ramper is against HC rules. That why make people smarter, whenever their comment their will write my opinion and do your research to cover them self.
I read a lot of post here and for example from MR PROFIT, in some of his thread I think he just give his thought and some people think he is down ramper and someone think he is up ramper. In HC, lots of people like to hear sweet words and get a lot of thumb up.
Maybe, I'm wrong. I had no intention to upset or criticized other. Every feedback to me is my learning lesson. Appreciate and with respect. Thank you
