Well well, we are 80-85% through the apex..... right where most expect a response, break up or break down. 64% of the time we see this very common pattern breakout to the downside.... this does not seem possible on this stock.... right??

Volume is low- Check
Top and bottom touches x 2- Check

Breakout prediction is not necessary regardless, you get in on the breakout any which way......however, you can't short this stock so anticipation to break down is not there therefor nor will there be increased momentum in that direction.

Many have said it..... we are sitting on the edge of the next move!!
