Garry, I don't mean to be rude but this technology has nothing to do with XPE for starters nor should it, XPED is focusing on creating a new internet/device standard which could literally affect every single industry, and even create totally new industries.
Secondly it has been around for literally years, I used a similar app when the iPhone first came out that would live translate written text into any language and later they added live speech translation too, I forgot the name of that app but here is what a 2 minute google search showed up.
