Also, just checked the map of the San Francisco Bay area - and Santa Clara is a pleasant one hour drive north (a bit under 80 km) according to the map I looked at.
So way beyond coincidence, imo.
Especially if you look back at the announcement of 5th April 16, referring to an unnamed chip manufacturer, who will be providing support etc.etc.etc.
Anyway, just my personal opinion. DYOR - and check back over those previous announcements.
