Totally agree. Right now it seems to be we are at a dangerous stage when everyone is focusing about Intel, but forgotten about who is actually more likely to give us revenue in the near future.
If anyone ever bother to look into the iot sector of Intel, we should understand the giant tech companies are more looking into smart homes rather than connected homes, which involves more than just connectivities. Of course, connectivities is the fundamental of being smart later, which is the area when ADRC has got its advantages. But I think with the current solutions, it is market ready for home appliances manufacturers but not for what Intel iot gateway wants to achieve.
Besides, Intel iot gateway is mainly focusing on industrial use as well. Smart home's progression to me seems to be slow. What Intel has got on their website that 'tiny smart home' seems to be pretty rough to me. Hopefully ADRC gonna be helpful for that.
