We are due a rise in the sp, imo. XPE was less than one cent per share back in October 15.
It rose to around 6 cents in Late November 15, early December 15. That's over 8 full months ago.
Lots of positive announcements since then - those of us who have held long term feel something is due to break.
So if you are right about the chart, the next week could see a breakout upwards, because as you say, the FA points to it being time.
