I have been trying to find news articles on IDF but not a lot out there so far. Others may have more luck.
There is this intriguing paragraph, halftway through a story on Intel's wireless VR Headset which was revealed at IDF yesterday. (Story from online version of 'The Wall Street Journal ' ):
" Intel shows off Project Alloy VR Headset".
"Separately, Intel announced an agreement with Arm Holdings Plc, the British company whose technology is used in most mobile chips.
The agreement will make it easier for one of Intel's emerging businesses, which manufactures chips for other companies, to fabricate ARM-based products using a new production process Intel plans to introduce next year".
The obvious news coming out of IDF, is that Intel is moving flat out towards IOTs and away from pure PC computer chips.
So that has to be good news for XPE.
