There is nothing one could extract from this announcement of a negative view. The relationship with Intel will only grow stronger, it might start off with their IOT gateway platform and then progress towards exporting ADRC firmware onto their chipset library. This is a collaboration so they will work together for mutually beneficial income- and Intel has billions of it!
