The stock is being accumulated right now. That's what the current ascending triangle formation tells us. Intraday lows are getting higher. Volume is decreasing. As soon as the accumulators have their fill or volume gets so low that supply literally runs out, then the SP will rise. Patience is required because the accumulators will drag this out as long as they can to catch as much as they can. Watch for the flush outs, like the one at 0.036 a short while ago.
