But is this a bad thing?
This company is a tech company in its infancy. Its market is exactly that which is sought to be occupied by the the largest companies in the world.
To me the previous announcements outline that our product functions with third party hardware and is comparable in capability to companies such as nest. A company google bought for $3.2b (loose change).
How much is this company worth even just to suppress a competitor from entry to this market space?
