Yes but in this case where they bought out of the money (2.4 = 3.9 XPE but trading at only 3.7) can be seen as quite the bullish indicator.
Why would bots purchase options that are out of the money at the time of purchase? Usually they'd only arbitrage if they were instantly in the money. Can be viewed as a nice bullish indicator
