Someone was in a bit of a hurry.
Looking at the trading data for today in the 24 minutes between 14:47 and 15:11 23.4mn shares were bought and the price went from 3.7c - 4.1c.
Looks like a complete capitulation by the sell side to me which should be a clue that attempts to cap it below 4c have now been discontinued.
Not saying cappers won't be back at higher levels but given the strength of the bid side capping will only lead to a reduction in your position at the moment as someone is going to buy your cap stock .... as we saw between 14:47 and 15:11.
Looking at depth just before the auction and indeed during the auction I would be of the opinion that there is more than enough demand for XPE to consolidate in the 4s tomorrow.
I am Sydney minus 7 hours so today's depth was very pleasant to wake up to.
