Or XPE could partner with an establish digital key player such as Yale (already part of the Airbnb Host Assist program) to create the same solution.
What I like about the Leapin tie-up is a possible early demonstrable application of XPE tech.
Just as XPE can tie up with multiple/competing chippies, they can tie up with multiple digital key players or go to the hotel groups directly (Hilton and Starwood are already rolling out their digital key solution).
All IMO.
