What possible stretch of dot joining has lead you to this conclusion?
You could just have well asked if JB Hifi perhaps signed a deal with Brashes to jointly fund a local tech company, and if Xped were perhaps going to be a part of this... Or maybe McDonald's, secretly working with the Lizard people to eliminate the important meal of 'dinner'.
