IMO no updates are due. They will come when the company has something material to inform SH's.
This might be this week, next month or next year. Not much to provide an update for the MOU's if the parties wish to remain anonymous as this would likely provide insight to their identity. Although we would like it we can't change the world in 6 months. Especially one that has not started.
