Tks Pac, some timely & highly relevant reminders there imo.
Just like to add, Western society demands time frames: eg, we must be in time for appointments,
buses must be ON time, we must be at work by a stated time, penalties for not completing a contractual task on time etc........ My point is that in order to satisfy "on time, en masse",
time frames MUST be & are put in place even just for reporting purposes. Asian culture does not work this way, as in, less emphasis on the time, imo. My conclusion: does not matter at this stage whether time frames are met or not. All indications are that XPE are getting it right & it'll be ready
when it's right. Happy to wait.
